Beaver Lake Association Facilities

We have three covered pavilions for our residents to use. Pavilion #1 is the furthest to the west in front of the volleyball court and has handicap parking available. Pavilion #2 is in the middle, in front of the pool. Pavilion #3 is furthest to the east and closest to the Clubhouse. All pavilions have two 110v electrical outlets. They are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Our outside pool is available for residents to use, noon to 7:00p.m., between Memorial Day and when school begins, plus weekends until Labor Day. All hours are weather permitting. (i.e. Must be above 70 degrees and not raining or lightning.) Life guards are on duty during its hours of operation.

The pool is also available for after-hours rental by our residents. Call or stop by the BLA office to see if the date you request and a lifeguard are available. Rental fee includes a lifeguard.

Beaver Lake has a 9-site campground available for use by members and their guests. It’s on the south-east side of our community accessible from Murray Road, and has a nice view of the hills to the east. Each power pedestal with various power outlets serves two camping units. We also have restrooms and a shower facility.

A permit must be obtained from the BLA Office to use this facility.

Our Beaver Lake Nature Preserve is located south of the dam and east of our Water Treatment plant. Take Oxford Court to its end and park in the grassy area on the north side of the road. A sign identifies the Beaver Lake Nature Preserve. A path takes you along the north side of the fence and back around toward the wooden entrance. On your left, before reaching the sign, is a path and a bench which allow you to sit and listen to water run into the Rock Creek below. The area is frequented by an assortment of birds and wildlife. You might even be able to spot a deer trail that cuts through the area.

If you enter through the wooden arch leading to the preserve, you will walk along a wide, grassy pathway.

The path leads to an area dedicated to those who created this area in 1987. Another footpath takes you back through the trees, eventually circling back to the original course. A third mowed trail connects you with our campgrounds.

If you have some time after a busy day and would like to walk in a peaceful place, check out our Nature Preserve.

There is also a walking course on the west side of the community, near the pipeline. This path, on Reserve Lot 5, is marked by signs and is accessible from Beaver Lake Blvd. or Elk Lane. The Association mows walking paths here for our members enjoyment and use.

Beaver Lake offers its members several lakeside access lots and many open green areas. These lots have been reserved for all members to enjoy the atmosphere of the lake. There are some with picnic tables, grills, and fishing docks. All access lots are clearly marked and are open to all Members to use on a first come, first serve basis.

Fishing in Beaver Lake is restricted to property owners in good standing and their guests. Guests who are fishing, shall be accompanied at all times by a property owner in good standing. Fishing on Beaver Lake is governed by all state laws.

A three-lane boat ramp with two docks is located just east of the marina on Weeping Water Court. It is available for Beaver Lake residents in good standing who may not have access to the lake from their property.

Any boat being put in our lake must be registered to the property owner and correctly stickered for use on our lake. Anyone found without the proper sticker and a member present on the vessel will be removed from the lake.

Indoor restroom facilities with handicap access are available at the boat ramp.
