2026 Beaver Lake Association Covenant Update
The following Document Control Form 379 (DCF) is displayed on this website for the purpose of public review prior to the September 17, 2026, Board of Directors meeting. At said meeting, the Board of Directors will approve the DCF following a 3-week Publication period. Per the process in the covenants if there has been no formal objection to the changes, they are then adopted and implemented. The adopted changes will then be indexed at the Cass County Register of Deeds against all properties of the Beaver Lake Subdivision.

NOTICE
TO: THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE BEAVER LAKE ASSOCIATION SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN CASS COUNTY NEBRASKA AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES
BE ADVISED:
- That The Beaver Lake Association, a Nebraska Not-For-Profit Corporation, is the body empowered, authorized and obligated to exercise rights, privileges, duties and obligations as set out in the original Covenants and Restrictions of the Beaver Lake Subdivision, filed in the Cass County Register of Deeds.
- That the original Covenants and Restrictions authorize and empower the Beaver Lake Association the power to amend said Covenants and Restrictions.
- That the Board of Directors of the Beaver Lake Subdivision proposes Amending the Covenants and Restrictions applicable to the real property located within said subdivision. The proposed Covenant and Restriction amendments are set forth below.
- That said proposed amendments shall be approved by the Board of Directors of the Beaver Lake Association, recorded with the Cass County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and become binding upon the applicable lot owners unless the Board of Directors of the Beaver Lake Subdivision receive objection to the proposed amendments, in writing, signed by more than twenty percent of the lot owners on record, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice.
- These covenant amendments shall be published for 3 weeks on the Beaver Lake Website at beaverlakene.org and also a public newspaper known as The Voice News of southeast Nebraska.
