This notice is to make you aware that the water supply main will be shut down temporarily on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The areas that will be out of service are Rock Creek Rd from Rock Bluff Rd to the second entrance to Trumball Terrace; Trumball Terrace; Cree Ct; Erie Ct; Fox Ct; Rock Bluff Rd from 12th Ave to Forest Lane and part of Clubhouse Circle from Rock Bluff Rd to Dunbar Dr. The shutdown will begin at 9:00 a.m. and service should be restored by 6:00 p.m. barring any complications or bad weather. The purpose of the shutdown is to replace three 4” main valves. This work is part of our valve replacement program on the water distribution system. The valves in the system are currently 50 years old and no longer function properly to shut down water flow when needed. This program will continue over the coming years to upgrade all valves in the water distribution system.
Please view the map which shows the areas marked in red where the water service will be shut down.
Upon the water service being restored, you may experience some air in your water lines and maybe some discoloration for a short period of time. Please let your line flush until it clears. If you continue to have any of these problems into the next day, please let us know.
